These terms apply to every order placed with Acoustic Products Ltd, registered in England & Wales, through acousticproducts.co.uk. Please read them before you buy. Placing an order means you accept them.
We sell home décor: acoustic panels, wall art, textiles, ceramics, planters and candles. Product photographs are illustrative; natural materials vary slightly in tone and grain. Dimensions given are approximate to within 5mm.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. If an item is out of stock we will tell you and refund you in full.
We deliver across the UK mainland, typically within 48 hours of dispatch, and to selected EU countries. Full timings and charges are on our delivery page. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods. We voluntarily extend this to 30 days. Full detail, including items that cannot be returned, is in our refund policy.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If something is faulty within 30 days you are entitled to a full refund; after that we will repair or replace it.
You may not resell our products commercially without written agreement, use the site fraudulently, or copy our photography and written content without permission.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable.
Complaints go to hello@acousticproducts.co.uk and are acknowledged within one working day. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
