Delivery

• Standard tracked (2 – 3 working days): £3.95, free on orders over £30.
• Express tracked (next working day, order before 2pm): £6.95.
• Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland: add 1 – 2 working days.

• Tracked delivery to selected EU countries: from £9.95, 5 – 8 working days.
• Import duties and local taxes may apply on arrival and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Every parcel is tracked. If your tracking has not moved for 3 working days, email hello@acousticproducts.co.uk and we will chase the carrier. Orders not received within 10 working days of dispatch are treated as lost and refunded or resent.

Ceramics, planters and glass candles are packed in recycled moulded pulp. If anything arrives broken, photograph it and email us within 14 days for an immediate replacement or refund.
